Lip fillers are non-surgical treatments. However, some patients may feel tingling when the injection is administered. We apply local anaesthesia to the treatment area to minimise discomfort completely.
Our lip filler treatment lasts between 6 to 9 months. However, we recommend additional booster top-up treatment every six months to achieve year-round plumpness and structure in your lips. But if you need subtle results, top-up treatment once a year will do. As every patient differs, we tailor the top-up treatments to your needs.
As with many cosmetic treatments, getting lip fillers when pregnant is not advisable. Fillers have not been tested or verified for safety and efficacy on pregnant patients.
There is no specific standard definition for hyperhidrosis. Sweating that is above and beyond the body’s physiological needs and interferes with your daily activities regularly can be considered hyperhidrosis.
At Fill My Look, we use anti-sweating injections (Botox) to normalise excessive sweating by safely inhibiting neurotransmitter release. Sweat secretion from the glands is drastically reduced as they can no longer be activated. Unlike surgery, injections can treat any body area, like the face, hands and underarms.
Fill My Look is proud of our high success rate with the treatment. Every person responds differently to the treatment, so the outcome can vary.
We administer tiny anti-wrinkle injections that travel to the underlying muscle, blocking the neurotransmitter Acetylcholine (chemical messenger) responsible for muscular contraction. It relieves the expression lines at the skin surface, creating a smooth and refreshed appearance.
Once injected, our patients notice results within 2-3 days. However, it takes up to 2 weeks to observe the best results. The effects last between 3-4 months.
There are no significant side effects. However, you may experience temporary redness, swelling, and small lumps at the treatment site that subsides within a few hours.
